First BANG!!!!

I went out to find my friend just now and on my way there...i was driving

I was at the traffic light. Very bad traffic so there is a long queue.. i was at the back of a very old Merce waiting for the green light...doing nothing...but yea..maybe wondering...doing some "night" dreaming... Suddenly i just don't know why i left my leg up from the break pedal and BANG! i knock onto the Merce...

It wasn't a HARDCORE bang onto the car cause both of our car's distance are very near.. However the Merce's got some crack wherelse my car got no scrathes...NOTHING!

Uncle came down and look very fierce.
I was nervous and i went down and i know i got to act a bit cause it was really my fault.
He scolded me and i just kept saying sorry and showing him that i was really sorry and i asked him so what can i do...and as u know...

Uncle: what to do? COmpensate la? wat else can u do for me?
COrey boy: How much u want?
Uncle: At least RM 50...

sweat...RM50? though i have more than 50 in my wallet but NO WAY! that small little crack doesn't cost that much i know but i was stupid to give such and offer(according to my friend)

Corey: Sorry uncle, i only have RM 40 in my wallet and i need RM10 for myself cause i am now outside...can i give u the rest?
Uncle: Whateva!
I took RM30 out, gave it to him and left...


CASE2: This was not my fault for sure!

On my way home..suddenly emergency..so i U Turn back to SHELL for toilet.
When i once reach SHELL and when i was about to open my car door... two motorcycle came to both my left and right side scolding me..(Indian Buggers)

Indians: Apa la lu? tengok apa? Keluar dulu keluar dulu...pointing his fingers towards me

THis time i was really nervous..worse than the accident happened previously.. i quickly locked my car and start my engine...step on the accelerator hinting i wanna leave and i drove off... they followed behind at first and when i turn into another junction they went off...
Thank goodness!

Really dunno whats wrong with me today! SHIT SHIT SHIT!

Friendster, not friendster

Just reach home and it is now 10.30pm.
Gosh! I've not been really studying for tax today... esp tax admin theories..
Went out for dinner and guess what?

i saw something...

Anyone heard of Friendster?
not the one we use to hang out online..
but a restaurant/cafe in Damansara Perdana?!
Pass by there but don't really know what they have inside.
Anyone been there beforE?

I'm back!

wow! i think i've not been blogging since last two weeks....though i am back but sorry to say its still something relating with my exams! Just can't held myself pouring all these frustrations out!

Today was my second day of MOCK...first day's paper was 50:50..i was happy for the first two questions that was tested. It was totally the same version as my past year questions that i've tried out during the weekends...i tried 4 questions in total and two came out exactly the same hehe... but for the last two questions, basically thoery...i knew it was a past year question too but i skipped to i just crap with all my own words...nothing much to say for Monday's paper but...

TODAY! I bet most of us...i mean most of my friends were frustrated with this costing paper!
And most of us couldn't finish it on time. I left 15% blank due to the fact i wasted too much of my time figuring the answer for the first question.

When i look through the first 40% question i was stucked! Then second...ok i managed to do it. I was stucked again for the third one so i end up completing question 2 and 4 which are basically theory questions. What i meant is that i manage to CRAP but not ANSWERING it accordingly... for e.g it was asking for COST REDUCTION ANALYSIS and COST CONTROL'S difference...i only gave definition but not giving the distinguishing point. SHIT!

The fact that why i was so frus is because what i've studied and expected to come out was not in the paper!!!!! We all thought that those chapters which have not been examined will come out so we studied INdices, CVP Analysis, Benchmarking, Forecasting(memorizing the freaking steps of seasonal variation in order to make a sales estimation) but end up not even a Sub Part of question tested all these! Wasted our effort....Arghhhhhhh!!!!

One of my friend even shouted F*** right after the exam in the Multi Purpose Hall in front of 500++ students...but not everyone heard him la...lolz...

God please bless us for Audit and Tax!

Time is running so fast.
Just got a shock that we actually finish our Paper 6 lectures for the semester today.
This week will be the last week for all paper's lecture.
Next week will be our mock and we'll have our study leaves.
Besides the November Revision classes, we are all on our own.
Gotta prepare for December's UK exam.
And soon i'll be a CAT graduate.

Movie Marathon

Just a short post. Well i couldn't find anytime for movie lately especially chinese movies. I was so scared that i would miss out any of these...

However today i've got this opportunity. My cousins from Ipoh came down. And of course i wouldn't abandon them and study alone rite? so wen out withem and we had our movie marathon... watched two movies in a row without even having our dinner. Ate cinema snacks.

All results were released. Not really satisfied as i know i can do much better if i took it seriously and if i don't do last minutes studies! But what is over is over. Not gonna mention about it anymore!

Well today's tax class was kinda fun cause we were looking at tax administration and all penalties that exists in Malaysia. After this, i came across an article about the same thing. It is a case. And i would like to share it here especially for people who love taxation papers. Something that may sounds dull to some of you as these are all current issues and cases!

FINANCIAL　ADVISER COMMITS TAX　FRAUD

Self employed financial adviser, Sheshi Trivedi was pleaded guilty to defrauding REVENUE and CUSTOMS of nearly 20，000 pounds in taxes over 6years.
He evaded income tax of 13,784 pounds and 5,806 pounds in national insurance.
He was given a 12months suspended sentence at Isleworth Crown Court.
