MerDeka EvE

Plan with my classmates failed at last at about 4.30 due to some reasons...so went out with my ex-schoolmate... We went to Cineleisure...

And as usul we were going round and round the same road for about 30mins to find a car park. The place was quite congested but who cares?

Reach here about 11.30pm..it was really crowded...but good and high atmosphere....

Since we still have time, not hungry but wanna find a place to sit and talk..we chose BR...but this is so disapponting.. Once we reached the front door it was locked. The worker there asked us to use the back one. Ok..we ran to the other door and once we reached, he closed the door and say no! So pissed of man! there are still customers inside! why can't we...?
Is ok.. we still have other choice!

Went here for some snack and dessert

Chew Min and I

Story 1:
After we ordered, the food came at about five minutes i.e11.50. We knew we need to finish it as fast as we could. Once i put the Lo Mai Kai into my mouth, "Boop Boop Boop, Boop Boop..."Oh no?! Started di? Guess what? We just told the supervisor we will be back and we run off and how kind of he believing us for that!...

Fireworks...Darn Nice man!!! We get to see both sides...from CineLeisure as well as Ikano's at THe Piazza...
Awesome right? The fireworks were about 20minutes and everyone stood there shouting screaming and yelling...wow! Just enjoyed being there.

Story2:
At that moment, we were standing right in front of a pub. Once the fireworks finished and once we turn back..we saw this TV in the pub... screening our PM praying in Dataran Merdeka. Everyone laughed...
Of course we did not forget to go back and finish our meal and pay for it...

My Friends:
Most of them went to Putrajaya. So far..and i heard there was not bad man! There is something going on i think, the competition..
Ze Ci was at the curve too but can't meet her up...and my fren,
YP...pitty u... because we cancelled it, he only get to see fireworks in his hostel...lol

Story 3:
Well after the countdown thingy, we were at that restaurant till about 1.30am because we knew we would be caught in a traffic jammmmmmmm if we leave early.. Then i drove them to my house...for a night...and see this:

No real mahjong so we use card one...hehe..still learning...

Consider the best pile of cards i ever have for that day!

TL struggling...

4am now...Jol tak boleh tahan...zzzzzz....
where as we continue our game..chat till 7am..then they left...and i zzzzzz till 2pm..

Right Path!... Bright Future?

Right Path

Yesterday i was reading an article from The Star about ACCA.
The header states this:
Higher Pay, better life abroad.....Accountants lured by irresistible offers.

According to MIA(Malaysian Insititute of Accountants), by Year 2020, there will be a shortage of 60,000 accountants. One of the factor causing this problem is that Malaysian Accountants were all accepting offers by other companies in overseas(i.e Australia, China, Singapore etc)

Why they chose Malaysian Accountant Grads?

It is stated that mainly because Malaysian Accountants' qualification conforms with globally-recognised IFRS(Internatinal Financial Reporting Standars...Paper 8), Nevertheless being a multi-lingual person is another advantage of it...

Why WE wanna go there?

Well, it is undeniable that almost everyone in Malaysia wants to work overseas as they have the perception where only by working abroad, u'll have a better future prospect. But in this article, what attracts me@us to aim for this?
- THE PAY

In Malaysia, you'll earn a max of RM96,000 per annum where as in
a) Australia~ A$80,000 p.a (= RM 230,000)
b) Britain ~ 60,000 pounds p.a (= RM 420,000)
c) China ~ 400,000 RMB p.a (= RM 276,000)

Brother, who can reject such attractive remuneration? lolz....

Bright Future???

My dad came back home telling me this. He has a friend working as a HEad Hunter (I am not sure if i spell it correctly but it is a job which requires someone to assist big corporations in recruiting employees) told him that darn lots of companies searching for Grads with ACCA qualification. They spotted lots of Fresh Grads/ interviewed them...but end up they found no one.

They interviewed lots of grads with excellent results moreover Prize Winners but they still did not recruit them . Why? He said mainly because during the interview , they found that all these grads now were all empty in their heads i.e lack of general knowledge. They can't speak, can't share/ discuss for current issues etc...

Well i am just here to share this with all my friends who are all in the same RIGHT PATH with me ...but whether or not we would/wouldn't be employed , it just not depends on the CERT. ... well, i am one of the victim also...hehe

My weekend for this week was kinda fun cause my cousin came down for holiday though its just for two days.

I did something stupid though. Watched Secret, the show by Jay CHou again. As u know, i would not waste my money or someone else's money for a movie that i've watched before in the cinema but last Saturday was an exception. Cause all my cousins and mom and aunt have not watch that movie and wanted too....

It wasn't that bad. Watching the second time i understand much more better. And the most enjoyable part was the Piano part..all the musics played were awesome and fascinating! My sis found those musics but too bad can't dl....haiz...

Nevertheless we spent our midnight watching dramas and listening to musics and chit chat la.. laughed a lot till 4.30am...

Sunday morning woke up at 10am.. went out One U to shop with them, buy what ever they want and wanted to watch a movie hehe..but time doesn't allow us to do so... so we just shop and eat... then they went home..

When i was walking upon those computer exhibition booth...saw something..it attracts me! A mp3@mp4 video player cost $195(before rebate it was RM395)...i wish somehow i could purchase it... then i can watch movies wherever i be..hehe...(dreaming only)

Oh ya..received a sms by my fren complaining how bad ROGUE ASSASIN (movie by Jet Li) was... i planned to watch with them actually but cause my relatives was here so i can't go. I actually wanted to persuade them to watch it with me and luckily they don't want... HOwever i dont know how bad the show was..haha.

End of it. They just leave and i got to prepare my stuffs. Bye!

My family photo took at Ipoh. Aunt brought down for us... Nice....

My mind is kinda unorganized right now. Not really sure what i wanted to say though i know i have got lots to tell and share.

Emmm... firstly i was back to college after 2 days of break(unofficial wants). I heard that my class was getting smaller and smaller(number of students). Someone told me 1/4 of our classmates had leave us. At first i dont really believe so but today when i went in..gosh! really man! Nevertheless there are some new unknown faces i.e resit students.

Ms Joyce put a lot of emphasis on them as in she talked@motivated a lot in the class and make sure things like this do not happen again and again! Just as a conclusion: She don't want to see the same faces for various semester moreover the same paper.

2surprises today:

Our audit class is suppose to be a 3hour lesson for today. but that day Joyce said class from 830-1230...as usual she had extend out time for quite a few times so we didn't bother to question her what was the extend for?...

At 11.15:

Joyce: Class i think i am too hardworking! I thought our class is suppose to be a 3hour lesson? but 830-1230...1...2...3..4....4 hours? am i suppose to dismiss u early?

Class: Yeah!...

Joyce: okok...when we finish this page u can go...

end up we end out audit class on time. Break from 1130-2pm...wow!

Then we went to Pyramid...had lunch there...nevertheless some fun to release stress i.e Arcade!

We came back for Tax class....class was as usual...not boring for me cause i love tax... but u know whats the surprise? Rozi finished what she need to teach for the day by 4.40pm and we get to dismiss early again!...my god! This had never hapen before!...hehe...

Before i ended up this post, show u this:(my mom brought it back today after framing it up so that she can put this as a display pic in the living room...)

baby corey and livia...
any comments? =)

THE RULES

We have to post these rules before we give you the facts. Players start with eight random facts/habits about themselves. People who are tagged write their own blog about their eight things and post these rules. At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names. Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them they’re tagged, and to read your blog.

8 LITTLE-KNOWN FACTS/HABITS ABOUT ME

1. I hate mix veges(a mixture of 3 diff vege i.e peas, carrot and corn) When i am eating fried rice(where they use to put this in) in Syuc cafeteria, i will take the trouble to pick/filter those mix veges out and put in outside my plate...this is where my friend always scolds me for wasting time doing such things!

2. I can memorize answers/theories word by word. I remembered during my first semester in Syuc, we had this paper 5 deal with managing people and systems where it is a totally theory paper. During my progress test 1..i wasnt that ready and my teacher said that out of 5 questions, there are a few from her tutorial, i just memorize everything word by word and dump the same thing out... YP even give a stunned look at me when he saw me memorizing it.. "Do u have to o?"

3. I am crazy for Hong Kong dramas. I download all sorts of HK dramas from the net and save it and watch it.. max record: 10episodes(1 epi 45mins so use ur maths and count how many hours i spent!) a day... now no more la..no time!

4. I collect movie tickets. I am drama fans, nevertheless Movies.. wateva movie as long as its nice. Everytime when i go for a movie i will keep all the tickets and put it in a box.. dunno why i do so but i started it when my cousin brother told me he has this habit...to know how many movies he watched for a period..lame i noe..

5. I can be awake for 24 hours.. Of course as u noe, i was i the debate team last time and we, at times have discussion etc for the whole night and go school next morning...then afternoon we stay back again for discussions and go home at night...crazy!

6. I love singing @ music...

7. I know clearly that i wanted the accounting field when i was Form 3 after attending KH classes...remember?

8. I hate people who just want 'one' to follow what they wanted but never for once tolerate and listen to the others...i have met lots of people like dat...but of course i do understand human always have their weaknesses...so what can i do?

Had another tiring day today as usual...at about 6pm...went out with friends for movie at CineLeisure...Mainly is to watch a movie...another reason for being there is that the Live SHow is located at Piazza The Curve...

Watched Blood Brothers...Choon man!... Can't describe how nice was it, neither writing a review cause i know my way of writing the review will spoil everything...lolz...

Before the movie when we reached there...gosh it was really really crowded though the show starts at 7.30 pm... Of course la... CHarmaine Sheh, Justin and Lin Yu ZHong ate there wat...

After the movie when we came out...there are more people there...even inside Cineleisure, its crowded...don't understand why people are willing to watch it in Cineleisure... Cant even hear a single thing....

So we went out to the outdoor part...climbed into some place where we can see the show clearly and where not much people were there squeezing with us though it was just the side of the stage and it was almost the last few contestants... my friend fancy Charmaine Sheh...gosh...where else i was being sarcastic by saying this when we were watching the last few performance:

"Look she says nothing but 'LI HAI LI HAI...HAO HAO' etc...why? Chinese CHA ma...lolz.."

Went home before the result was announced...don't wanna caught in a jam...zzzz

PS: Results coming out 2hrs later...."Doop Doop, Doop Doop, Doop Doop"

I had a very tiring day today!...Moral Study really XXXXX!

ANyway, just a short announcement helping my friend to promote his own website:

www.wayneliew.com

He just started this wordpress thingy...not sure whats that but will find it out soon!...

Gonna sleep now...zzzzz

Exam was over...never want to express in here how "well prepared" was I for my Progress Test One...haiz...

Saw the poster above? Well, this show wasn't that attractive for me as i don't really like Jay Chou...gosh! Dunno wats so good about him...But since my friend want to watch it, so just went for it with him la(student price ma...)...

Before this, i was informed that this movie was actually based on real life experience by Jay Chou...so as the movie goes on for the first hour...well it was OK ONLY...consider romantic but to me just normal la! "Dont need to watch Your Movie i also know couples are actually that romantic la Jay Chou!" my heart says....

However!....the suspends are there at the 45th minute!...so exciting...just can't believe all this could happen!

“Excuse me? isn't it Too Fake? How can human being come accross such situations? Definately not ur story la Jay CHou!" me and my friend whispered... but....

THe Story Line was unexpected and exciting and awesome and unbelievable and......

We end up saying :"Not bad a Jay CHou!"

Today, during the half an hour break between my two classes, we went to library instead for lunch as we were still full. I wanted to go there just to find some books and flip through...for fun..

At first i wanted to look for nice english books which are interesting and as a result, i found nothing...Hence, i asked YP if there are any chinese books in my college's library... YES they do have it!

Disappointing!

I was so excited and surprised to hear that this college has got CHINESE books u know? I went to the shelves...guess what? I only found all irrelevant CHINESE books for teenagers at this age. These books would not aid anyone to have interest in CHINESE AT ALL!... So disappointing...
Not even a story book...and i believe this books were definately not TOUCH by anyone in our college... They are only those ancient Chinese Books....

For Example...This is one of it! ... Furthermore...60% of those books are of Books related to Buddhism...

This are the contents...hehe...will u read?!

Please man! have proper and relevant and updated Chinese Books.

Back to College:

Today's class was so fun. We really had lots of jokes and fun all the way from 12.30-5pm... though today's class was extended ...but it wasn't really that boring... Mr Jana shared a lot of jokes... i was teased also...haiz..

Well, he happened to tell us this: He went for a course or something and its called the "laughter therapy"(this is the link)

He shared lots of funny things inside and i really doubt it till i read this!:

This is the therapy that the 63-year-old vice-president of the Laughter Club International, GT Shethia has been practising for the last seven years. Says Shethia, “While laughing for no reason, you become a child again.” And there are plenty of people who want to rediscover the childlike feeling, as witnessed at 7 am everyday at the Hanging Gardens. The members — with glee. They mostly in the 50s — don’t need any jokes to erupt, breathe in deeply, their hands reach out for the sky, breathe out slowly and then break into a contagious and uninhibited laughter.(Imagine this: my lecturer did this demo in front of us and we were asked to follow...gosh! lolz...) “It reduces stress. Seventy-three cases of bypass surgery in Gujarat were avoided by our Ahmedabad branch,” says Shethia, and then quotes a media report, “Scientists have proved that laughter is good medicine. A good laugh helps the whole body relax, helps calm a heart racing due to anxiety and helps lower blood pressure. It also stimulates production of digestive juices, has a beneficial effect on stress levels and boosts the immune system. .............

Oh ya, i got my ACCA T-Shirt too... We were asked to wear it every Wednesday. The design was simple and nice i may say so... I like the phrase printed on it!

My Weekends:

As you all knows, i went back to Ipoh, my hometown. THis time I drove home(not to mention more about it cause when it comes to my driving thingy, it sounds almost the same..)!

We were back to celebrate our beloved grandma's birthday. We had our dinner at a restaurant and the food was not bad! We were all very full....

The girls...My sis, my cousin, Qian Yi and Sugar...

THe guys..me! Feng Jin and William(from Canada.. my last time seeing him was 9yrs ago!)

And my beloved grandma...

Before we went home, we grabbed a family photo..This is it!

Of course, since all cousins were there, we played the whole night and we slept at 5am. Before we went to bed, we were watching The Click. I knew it was a nice and touching movie but still haven't got a chance to watch and at last i do! Not bad! Really funny....

The next day, our main task is to have a Formal Family Photo taken in a Studio. All ladies were dressed up so properly and make-up etc etc...where as the guys are just normal. For me and William, we gel our hair.. mine was done by one brother(My uncle's friend)..new look and it was not bad ..as u noe Corey Chan has got no Hairstyle....hehe...but one thing sad was that we can't have a soft copy of the photo..It was not allowed by the studio..they can only develop for us in Hardcopy...wat the?!... my first time coming across such incident where a photo shop can't provide soft copy..."Their Policy"..well nothing to argue anyway, bear with the consequences....

Thats all for my weekends...of course after the photo session we were all tired and slept, cause we've not been sleeping for day!
