Back to College:

Today's class was so fun. We really had lots of jokes and fun all the way from 12.30-5pm... though today's class was extended ...but it wasn't really that boring... Mr Jana shared a lot of jokes... i was teased also...haiz..

Well, he happened to tell us this: He went for a course or something and its called the "laughter therapy"(this is the link)

He shared lots of funny things inside and i really doubt it till i read this!:

This is the therapy that the 63-year-old vice-president of the Laughter Club International, GT Shethia has been practising for the last seven years. Says Shethia, “While laughing for no reason, you become a child again.” And there are plenty of people who want to rediscover the childlike feeling, as witnessed at 7 am everyday at the Hanging Gardens. The members — with glee. They mostly in the 50s — don’t need any jokes to erupt, breathe in deeply, their hands reach out for the sky, breathe out slowly and then break into a contagious and uninhibited laughter.(Imagine this: my lecturer did this demo in front of us and we were asked to follow...gosh! lolz...) “It reduces stress. Seventy-three cases of bypass surgery in Gujarat were avoided by our Ahmedabad branch,” says Shethia, and then quotes a media report, “Scientists have proved that laughter is good medicine. A good laugh helps the whole body relax, helps calm a heart racing due to anxiety and helps lower blood pressure. It also stimulates production of digestive juices, has a beneficial effect on stress levels and boosts the immune system. .............

Oh ya, i got my ACCA T-Shirt too... We were asked to wear it every Wednesday. The design was simple and nice i may say so... I like the phrase printed on it!
